Resolved

At 2007 hours UTC we pushed some configuration for our platform ahead of the required code. We identified the issue as soon as it happened, remediated, and confirmed that Web UI and Web API traffic was returning back to normal rates at 2012 hours UTC. Agent API traffic was unaffected.
